A case of dizziness - update

How am I going in this realm of dizziness which has become such a part of my daily life?
I have good days and bad days, that's the only way I can really explain it. Some days it is barely noticeable, other times it is enough to keep me from wanting to move.
Testing at the ENT revealed nothing other than an inability to hear sounds at a certain high pitch and TMJ, which is apparently the cause of the feeling of ear fullness, popping and crackling which seemed to be coming from my ears.
Still doesn't explain the dizziness though so more tests to be completed. Balance tests. I'm sure these tests will actually make me dizzier but they need to be done so I guess I will see how it goes.
An interesting comment was made to me by my physiotherapist who has been treating my neck for a whiplash injury back in March. Apparently my neck is very stiff, even when I'm seen on a weekly basis that the physio asked me if I have had dizziness and went on to describe practically all of my symptoms. Surprised, I told her yes and she said that it is common when the neck muscles are that stiff to experience dizziness due to proximity of these muscles to certain nerves and even the brain stem. I looked it up and saw that these types of neck symptoms can indeed cause dizziness. I wish it had been mentioned to me earlier, I have been going there for awhile now and this was mentioned to me by a new physio I started seeing after my old one changed her hours.
I started keeping a diary and noted that the dizziness always improves after a physio session and seems to be worse if I haven't had a session for a few weeks. Not something I want to self diagnose but still an interesting consideration. Time will tell!
